Bryan Williams: ”Are you really going out?

Psyche ignored his question. She was running around the house, grabbing little things and stuffing them into a duffel bag. Clothing, toothbrush, anything she thought she needed. Bryan was following behind her, trying to understand what she was doing. She had tweeted him moments before, stating that she was leaving for the night.

Bryan Williams: ”Hey, what’s the deal? Do you want me to do go with you?

She ignored him again, leaving the house. Bryan was left confused.

Psyche let out a deep sigh after she slammed the front door behind her. The noises outside were like perfect silence. Silence from having to hear Bryan asking her over and over what she was doing and where she was going. She walked to a cab that had been waiting outside. She still hadn’t learned to drive properly. She felt it was a waste of time. She got into the car and gave the driver an address that had been on her phone.

The cab pulled up to a building a little while later. Psyche paid the driver and got out, looking up and the fancy looking property. This place was quite posh, really. Psyche grabbed her bag and walked into the main lobby. She walked to the front desk, forcing a smile at the man sitting there. He stood up and smiled back at her.

Front Desk Man: “Hello, Miss. Can I help you, today?

Psyche nodded.

Psyche Devyne: “Yes, love. I was told there would be a key left here for me. Kind of a last minute visit. For Unit 1707?

Front Desk Man: “Ah yes. Mr. Riddle’s residence. He said someone would be coming. Your name?

Psyche Devyne: “Psyche… Devyne. Do you need to see ID or anything?

The man nodded and took her passport from her after she dug it out. He nodded and handed it back. This was the best she had for ID at the time. Anything else was forgotten at the townhouse. He handed her a key and pointed towards the elevators.

Front Desk Man: “The elevators are there. Just take them up to the 17th floor. You’ll see the door to your left to 1707, if you haven’t been here before.

Psyche nodded, thanking him. She had, in fact, been there before. She knew where his condo was. She made her way up to the room. She finally stood in front of the door, unsure if this was a good decision. But the more she thought about it, the more she knew she was making the right choice. She unlocked the door and stepped inside. She walked into the kitchen, dropping her bag on the counter. The place was beautiful. Definitely owned by Cyrus, that was for sure. She heard her phone go off and pulled it out of her pocket. She slid her finger across the screen to answer it. She pressed the speaker phone button so she didn’t have to hold it to her ear.

Psyche Devyne: “Hi Cyrus.

Obviously it was Cyrus on the other line.

Cyrus Riddle: “Hey love. Did you get to the condo alright?

Psyche Devyne: “I did, yeah. Thanks a lot for letting me stay here while you’re gone. Much appreciated.

Cyrus Riddle: “Not a problem at all. I’m happy I could help you out.

Psyche nodded as she started to pull a few things out of her bag.

Cyrus Riddle: “Is everything alright? You sounded really upset when you called.

Psyche didn’t say anything for a second.

Cyrus Riddle: “Psyche?

Psyche Devyne: “Yeah... It’s all fine, love. I’m just… frustrated is all. He’s just… He keeps fucking up, yeah? Making bad decisions. And it’s really getting to me. I’m over it. I really am.

She sighs.

Cyrus Riddle: “Yeah… he’s kind of a prat. He doesn’t care about you, love. It’s quite clear. All he cares about are his titles.

Psyche clenched her teeth, his words hitting her hard.

Psyche Devyne: “He does. It’s obvious.

Cyrus Riddle: “I don’t want to get between things. You told me not to. But I’m being here for a friend. And as a friend, I’m suggesting you reconsider some stuff, yeah?

Psyche nods to herself.

Psyche Devyne: “You’re right, Cy. I’ve got a lot to think about. About him and that slag Julliet. I’ll talk to you later, love. Thank you again.

Cyrus Riddle: “Not a problem. I’ll see you when I get back in a few days, alright? We’ll talk more then.

Psyche pressed the end call button. She stared at her bag for a moment, teeth clenching and unclenching. She suddenly grabbed her bag and threw it across the kitchen, the bag hitting the wall and slumping down onto the floor. She put her hands down on the counter, grounding herself for a moment.

Psyche Devyne: “Fuck you…

Tuesday February 2, 2016

Psyche stood in front of a large window looking out onto the city. The lights coming through the dark sky were a perfect backdrop. She was still in Cyrus’ condo. She still hadn’t gone home. For a couple days now, she had been given access to Cyrus’ place. It provided her with a safe Haven to make sure she didn’t have to go back to the townhouse Bryan and herself were sharing. Cyrus was helping a lot. A camera stood in front of her, recording. She had her hands on her hips, pacing slowly back and forth.

Psyche Devyne: “Honestly, Julliet.. I’m not surprised you’d bring up my father again. I’m really not. You seem to have this amazing skill at taking things and dwelling on them. Honestly… I’ve heard enough bullshit about my father from everyone. Jokes on twitter, your silly little jabs about him not being proud. Sadly for you, it’s not working. Nothing you say can make me upset at this point. It won’t work. Because I know that everything that falls out of your mouth is worth shit. Nothing you say has meaning. Your little lies aren’t getting you anywhere, love. That’s where we’re different, yeah? You tell lies and give false hope to yourself. But the things I say will come to pass. When I say I’m going to win, I will. Because I’m not here to waste everyone’s time. I’m not here to pretend like I’m some badass. I’m not pretending I’m the best. That’s you. The pretender. You started this all by throwing ashes down my throat. I applaud you. You got me, Julliet. You won that week. But that’s the only time. To be quite honest… I think I won every week after that with covering you in cum. That humiliation is something that lasted for weeks. Julliet Brooks… the cum queen. I like it.

Psyche smiled at the camera.

Psyche Devyne: “You think I’m a coward? Think I’m hiding? Look at your fucking self, love! You injured me to avoid facing me in the ring. That’s cowardice at its finest. Like I said already… The fact that I’m still standing right now is a bloody miracle. I expected you to find another way to keep this match from happening. That was all you. I never gave any excuses. You were the coward. You wanted to hide. Do you see Bryan around? Do you see him helping me out in any way right now? No. I’m on my fucking own. I’ve never needed him to help me in the ring. So get your head out of your own cunt and look around yourself. You’ve built your empire on lies. Do you not see that? Do you not see the lies you’re weaving into a web behind you? You’re like a brown recluse… deadly with one bite… But here’s the thing… In this scenario… I’m the human with the massive steel-toed boots. You may have a terrible bite, but I’m two seconds away from crushing you. At that point… your bite… your words… are useless.

She shook her head at the camera, stopping her pacing. She stared right at the camera now.

Psyche Devyne: “I could say so many things to express how badly I’m going to break you at Crowning Achievement. Tell you in so many ways that I’ll come out the winner. But what will that do for me? How will that help… when I can just show you? When I can step in the ring with you and shove all of your words right back down your throat. So many things are going on in my life. Things that I won’t let get in the way… But also things that are fueling my desire to rip you to shreds. I’m angry, Julliet. For many reasons. Because of you. Because of Bryan. Because of death. All of that… all of that is going to help me. I will use my pain and anger to take you down. You’re nothing but a piece of shit little princess. You can’t even give a proper promo without me picturing your words coming out as shit. Maybe that should have been my way to get back at you. To counter your putting ashes in my mouth, I could have made you chocolate chip cookies… But, you know, the chocolate isn’t actually chocolate. And then shove them into your mouth and make you swallow them. Human Centipede without being attached to someone elses asshole. Though, to be honest… You being the last person in that centipede line would be an improvement on your looks. Nobody would have to see your face again. And you probably know more about being on your knees anyways.

Psyche laughs quietly to herself.

Psyche Devyne: “It’s over, Julliet. Our little fight will come to an end. And when it’s over, you’ll be disappointed in yourself for choosing me to be your target. You may have thought I was a pushover and that I would give you an easy win… But that’s not the case. That will never be the case. When you’re on your back after I win, another position I’m sure you’re very familiar with, you’ll remember to never fuck… with Psyche Devyne.”

She raised her brow at the camera for a moment before the scene faded to black.
