"This is just dumb, love. Why would you do this?"
Psyche Devyne. She had a voice of faint concern but what you could hear more of was her disturbed view on what was going to happen. "I told you why..."
"Just have a Dentist do it!"
He shoots he a stern look. "In Canada? A Dentist in Canada? Yeaaah I feel safer doing it myself... NO thank you!"
"Oh my gawd! Shut up! This doesn't make any sense..."
"There are plenty of things that "don't make sense" to me but we'd be talking about that all day... let's not get into that alright?"
Giving her a raised eyebrow, he no doubt said for many reasons. Knowing she talks, is friends with his enemies. Their relationship wasn't based on who their friends were but how did it look knowing Riddle was close friends with Psyche. Maybe more as far as anyone including Cashe really knew. Not even JUST Riddle but Erron Wilder on top of that. She had ties to Omerta and things were going to get more violent between Omerta and Unstable soon enough.
Sitting in a wooden chair, Cashe plops down and stares into the bathroom mirror. It was Canada and he had come here to be with Psyche after being in Germany since Thursday. But what he was about to do wasn't for any of that, he honestly wasn't concerned with who she was friends with. As long as she to him was "Home".
".... What do you want me to do Jason?" Hesitation showed she didn't want to help him. She wanted no part in this, not his beef with Riddle or Omerta. But more importantly she felt what he was doing was just pointless but to him it had purpose.
"Just hand me the pliers..."
Reaching up onto a shelf, Psyche pulls a pair of pliers out of a box. Handing them to Cashe, she starts to leave. "I'm not gonna watch this. Let me know if you die alright?"
Her sarcastic remark was left alone as she shut the door behind her upon leaving the bathroom. Leaning forward he didn't give his thoughts the time to settle as he inserted the pliers in his mouth. Clamping down he yanks forward and with a line of blood following behind it comes one of his cemented top front teeth.
"Ahhhhh! Motherfucker!" Standing from the chair, Cashe turns on the water at the sink as he spits. Lifting his head, his reflection stares back at him. His smile showing a tooth missing, things starting to looking as they once did in the past.
---------
Leaning against the bathroom door, Psyche Devyne didn't have to like what he was doing but she cared about him. Pulling his teeth with pliers, there was shit that could go wrong. Her ear to the door, she stops hearing water flowing and spit being spat so she softly taps on the door and calls out to him.
"Jason? You doing okay, love?"
"Yeah, JUSS give me a minute..." The slight whistling slur for certain words, due to the mixture of not having the teeth and his southern draw. Psyche shook her head.
"Ugh!"
As Psyche turns and walks away from the door, it unlocks and opens. Out from the bathroom, Cashe stumbles with his head facing the ground. Turning back to see him, Psyche thinks maybe he was in pain or had done damage to his gums being dumb. As she starts to reach out for him, his head pops up and his face is TURNT up LOUD with a smiling grin!
"Where's the blood?"
Clearly he had cleaned up. The bleeding wasn't all that bad after he got it to stop. After brushing the stains off his other teeth, he shaved his head clean of any excess. Psyche had slept with this man and might have to again with the worry he would soon be biting on her butt to leave his customized mark.
"You still like me, yeah?"
"No!"
"Lying ass! Give me a kiss!!" Lunging at her, he pulls her close and she fights but not enough to really stop him. Hugging her, he stares off with plenty thoughts on what "grinds his gears" but he liked her warmth.
